Scope of Services:
MEP Lab Engineering is the appointed MEP contractor for this comprehensively refurbished building. Our engineers expertly maintain the brand-new M&E systems, providing a complete suite of maintenance and inspection services encompassing all critical infrastructure, including HVAC, fire safety, gas, water, and electrical systems.

Regular inspections are carried out quarterly, bi-annually, and annually to ensure optimal operation, safety, and full compliance with regulations. Our comprehensive service contract also includes 24/7 emergency call-outs and rapid response, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity.
